About the Property:

Wylaway started life as a 1914 Army Hut. It has been extended over the years and more recently had a extensive refurbishment. Wylaway has been in the family since 1955. It is been enjoyed by many generations and still is to this day.

Wylaway is a beach house nestling into the sand dunes behind a lovely sandy beach and overlooking open fields. There is a sheltered rear garden and a sunny patio on which to relax. Midway between the coastal villages of Sea Palling and Eccles, North Gap is a seaside hamlet with access through the dunes onto the fine sandy beach. There is a scattering of houses and holiday homes quietly set behind the dunes, overlooking the surrounding farmland. As well as spending days on the beach, you can explore the coast, countryside and the Broads are also easily accessible.

Surrounding Area

The coastal town of Sea Palling is a 2 minute drive away or 30 minute walk along the beach. Sea Palling has a general store, Pub serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, ice-cream/sweet shop, small arcade as well as some other small shops. You can also hire jet skis etc here. There are life guards on this beach during peak times.

Small Sticks is the local cafe to Eccles & about a 10/15min walk either along the beach or through the Bush Estate. This is a lovely cafe serving breakfast, lunch & dinner also doing take away. Dogs are welcome in their walled garden.

Stalham is the closest town and is a 10 minute drive away.
