About the Property:

Over time, the owners have gradually renovated this little mid-terrace house, carefully curating quirky pieces to make staying here a real pleasure.

There is a downstairs washroom, with a WC and a sink, but access to the main bathroom is through the main bedroom. We would like to mention that like all small terraced houses the stairs are steep and straight up, but well lit and have a handrail. The lovely outdoor patio at the back which catches the afternoon sun has a pretty seating area. The cottage has all the bits and pieces that make staying here feel like a real home from home.

The beach is wonderful and the owners have made sure to include everything needed for days at the seaside. You will love windblown walks along the cliffs, watching the boats navigate in and sail out of the working harbour and also spending time on the Norfolk coast and Broads.

Other things to note

The house has all amenities available to you to ensure for a comfortable stay. It is mid-terrace from early 20th century (approximately) and there are two important points to note:
1 - Access to the main bathroom is through the main bedroom. However, there is a separate washroom downstairs, with a WC and a sink.
2 - The stairs are steep and straight up, but they are well lit and have a handrail.
3 - Your health and safety is our priority and we are committed to carrying out a robust cleaning routine on your behalf.
